In the Serie A match between AC Milan and Fiorentina on 05.04.2025, I placed a bet on "Total VAR Over 0.5" at odds of 2.6.
In the 89th minute, Fiorentina scored a goal for 2:3, which was later disallowed following a VAR intervention.
However, my bet (Ticket ID: 2520373774466032207) was marked as lost. I contacted support multiple times and received the following responses:
"Provider confirmed no VARs and bet 2520373774466032207 settlement is correct."
"Please note, as per terms: https://bc.game/help/terms-sports, provider confirmed no VARs and bet 2520373774466032207 settlement is correct."
This directly contradicts what is stated on official websites, all of which confirm that a VAR intervention took place. I also personally watched the match and clearly saw the VAR review and goal disallowance.
This seems like a clear error in bet settlement. Where else can I escalate or file a complaint, since the support team is not addressing this properly?
